港澳台侨员工、来华职工、全院教职工：
根据学校寒假放假通知要求并结合公司实际，为确保过一个愉快、祥和、安全的寒假，现将寒假期间有关要求和注意事项通知如下：
一、放假时间、新学期注册、开学时间和补考时间安排
（一）校本部各专业员工于2015年2月3日至3月5日放寒假，3月6日（星期五）上午9时至12时，下午2时半至5时为新学期注册时间，港澳台侨员工在各所在学院注册，来华职工在海外楼304办公室注册。因病、因事等特殊情况不能按时返校注册者，按照《关于加强员工请假离校管理的通知》(闽医大〔2014〕15号)有关规定办理。3月9日（星期一）正式上课。开学第一周为补考时间（实行学分制学籍管理的员工应于注册当日向所在学院提出书面补考申请，补考时间由教务处另行通知）。
（二）所有本科各专业的港澳台侨实习生、来华留学实习生不放寒假，春节放假按各学院及所在的教学、实习医院规定执行。
二、寒假期间供餐时间及地点
1.供餐时间：
早餐： 7：30—8：30；
午餐：11：00—12：30；
晚餐：16：40—18：30。
2.供餐地点：上街校区东区食堂三楼教工餐厅,台江校区一楼餐厅
三、关于寒假期间的活动安排
为丰富寒假期间留校员工的生活，威廉希尔足球官方网站安排了一系列员工活动，请留校同学积极参与。

四、寒假期间值班和管理要求
威廉希尔足球官方网站实行24小时值班，一线值班人员要在职在位，落实晚点名工作，及时掌握留校员工动向，遇有突发情况要及时处理并向学院二线值班人员和学校相关部门报告。员工如有问题，可随时与值班老师联系。（值班表见附件）
留校员工应遵守中国法律、法规和学校规章制度。留校员工外出须结伴而行，不能饮酒，须于每天23：00前返回宿舍。如有特殊情况须向值班老师事先请假。留校同学如离开福州须书面向值班老师请假，并保持通讯工具的畅通。留校同学请注意保管好个人贵重物品，安全用电，注意防火。禁止在宿舍内使用电热毯、电暖气等高功率电器。禁止在校园内燃放烟花爆竹。返乡、外出旅游同学请自觉遵守交通秩序，乘坐交通工具、外出游玩时注意人身安全和个人财物安全。

Notice about Winter Holiday
The winter holiday is from February 3 to March 5. Please read the following notice carefully.
1. About registration and make-up exam next semester
All Students must come to OEC 304 to register on March 6(9:00-12:00, 14:30-17:00). Students who fail to return in time should contact the student management teacher regarding the cause of delay and the returning time in advance, and hand in the application of being late attached with supporting document (e.g. medical record). School officially starts on March 9. Students who failedin exam of this semester should write an application form to attend make-up exam on Registration Day. Timing of make-up exams will be arranged later. There is no winter holiday for the interns. The Spring Festival Holiday will be in accordance with the provisions of hospitals.
2. About meals：
The canteen on the third floor will open during the holiday. For the old campus, canteen on the first floor will open during the holiday.
Breakfast time 7:30—8:30
Lunch time 11:00—12:30
Supper time: 16:40—18:30
3. About activities during Winter Holiday：
(1) Spring Festival Tea Party and Dinner

Guess lantern riddles and enjoy Chinese traditional food, sweet rice dumplings

4. About duty roster:
The teacher will be on duty by turns during winter holiday. If you have any problems during the holiday, please check the working duty form (see attached) and find the teacher to help you.
5. About safety:
1)Obey all Chinese laws and university regulations. The door of dormitory building will be closed at 23:00 during winter holiday. All the students who stay here shall come back on time. Students who want to leave school should report to the teacher on duty and apply in writing in advance. Keep your cellphone on when you leave Fuzhou.
2) It is forbidden to use electric blanket, immersion heater, infrared heater and any other high-power dangerous electric equipments in the dorm.
3) Precautions must be taken against electricity related accidents. Do not smoke in bed or light a candle in your room. Cigarette light and kindling for various purposes should be put out promptly. Don’t play fireworks in the dormitory or surrounding areas. For saving energy, students should turn off all the electric appliances when you leave.
4) Quietness should be maintained in the dorm. Students are not allowed to make undue noise by yelling or turning up radio/Hi-fi. Nor can they indulge themselves in excessive drinking, gambling, or holding evening dancing parties.
5) Take good care of your belongings and valuables. Keep the door and windows locked when you are out or sleeping. Be safe if you go for traveling.
6) Keep warm and take good care of yourself in the cold winter.
